Como naci\u00f3 el centro de Guaytacama<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guaytacama, cuyo nombre en quichua significa \u201cGuardi\u00e1n o cuidador de flores deshojadas\u201d, fue elevada a la categor\u00eda de parroquia eclesi\u00e1stica el 17 de diciembre de 1829, seg\u00fan consta en los primeros libros de bautizos conservados en la curia de Latacunga. Anteriormente, este territorio formaba parte de Saquisil\u00ed y era administrado como doctrina por la comunidad de los Dominicos. M\u00e1s adelante, el 29 de mayo de 1861, durante la presidencia de Gabriel Garc\u00eda Moreno, se presume que obtuvo oficialmente la categor\u00eda de parroquia civil, coincidiendo con la creaci\u00f3n del cant\u00f3n Latacunga. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tras su fallecimiento el 19 de diciembre de 1998, los restos de Monse\u00f1or Sarzosa fueron sepultados en el cementerio de Guaytacama, junto a los de su hermana. Monse\u00f1or Sarzosa fund\u00f3 en 1962 el Instituto Normal Indigenista San Jos\u00e9, una instituci\u00f3n pionera dedicada a la formaci\u00f3n de maestros ind\u00edgenas. Esta iniciativa fue crucial para brindar acceso a la educaci\u00f3n a comunidades que anteriormente estaban marginadas del sistema educativo formal. Con el tiempo, el instituto evolucion\u00f3 hasta convertirse en la actual Unidad Educativa San Jos\u00e9, que contin\u00faa siendo un s\u00edmbolo de identidad y progreso para Guaytacama.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Es una comparsa que representa la dominaci\u00f3n \u00e1rabe sobre la espa\u00f1ola, caracterizada por un excepcional movimiento y colorido.
