Seg\u00fan versiones del se\u00f1or Juan Pedro haymaca\u00f1a y Manuel almache nos relata en los siguientes t\u00e9rminos sobre la primera iglesia de la comunidad que la primera iglesia en su prinuria instancia fue \u00fanicamente rudimentaria de paja con una Cruz en su parte delantera superior su dimensi\u00f3n era de 5 m de ancho y 12 m de largo esta iglesia rudimentaria fue construida aproximadamente en el a\u00f1o 1856 la rustica iglesia subsisti\u00f3 aproximadamente hasta el a\u00f1o 1886 en la que fue incendiada por una imprudencia accidental de los fieles devotos al dejar encendidas unas cuantas velas las mismas que hicieron contacto con la paja dando inicio a un incendio en la que la rustica iglesia se consumi\u00f3 en su totalidad.<\/p>

En el a\u00f1o 1983 con la intervenci\u00f3n del P\u00e1rroco Mons. Manuel Alfonso Sarzosa Carvajal se estaba dando por finalizada la construcci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de la iglesia que hoy tiene una c\u00fapula sostenida por cuatro pilares\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Seg\u00fan las investigaciones de campo, existen varias versiones acerca de la aparici\u00f3n de San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>

Sus primeros inicios de vida se dieron en el sector noroeste de la comunidad, donde antiguamente exist\u00edan grandes matorrales de sigses. Cuenta la leyenda que apareci\u00f3 un ni\u00f1o de aproximadamente 10 a\u00f1os de edad, que dec\u00eda llamarse San Sebasti\u00e1n. Sin embargo, la gente no le prestaba la menor atenci\u00f3n. As\u00ed vivi\u00f3, ambient\u00e1ndose, yendo y viniendo de su lugar de origen.\u00a0<\/span>Cuando lleg\u00f3 a su juventud, tambi\u00e9n caus\u00f3 atropellos a las cosechas de los campesinos, por lo que los pobladores lo ataron a un madero. En ese momento, \u00e9l pidi\u00f3 que lo llevaran a una capilla cuya estructura era de paja. Se lo consider\u00f3 un joven pobre y hu\u00e9rfano, por lo cual le permitieron vivir como cuidador de la capilla.\u00a0<\/span>Luego de un tiempo, cuando ten\u00eda m\u00e1s o menos 18 a\u00f1os, empez\u00f3 a predicar a los pobladores las verdades acerca de Dios. Este joven realizaba predicaciones, raz\u00f3n por la cual los pobladores no sal\u00edan de su asombro cuando \u00e9l dijo: \u00abYo soy San Sebasti\u00e1n, esta es mi casa, donde vivir\u00e9 y morir\u00e9 al servicio de Dios\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span>Desde entonces, los pobladores ofrecen fiestas, misas y novenas en su honor.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
